Shared Transformation

Introduction to Issue 14

During our first year of Shared Transformation, I had a vision of all of us who had been brought together and who were supporting one another through the newsletter, holding hands in a huge circle that stretched around the world. Around this time, without my telling her about this vision, a friend told me she had a dream in which I was holding hands with just such a vast number of people in a globe-encompassing circle. Although our numbers are still small, indeed our Shared Transformation "community" has extended across the world, with readers in Europe, Canada, the Middle East and Australia. Many people have told me that they are xeroxing copies of their newsletters and passing them along, so we may be in more hands than we realize. Even some who do not choose to subscribe have written us notes thanking us for the help they have received from the free Introductory Issue #1 alone.(No longer availible except for the online version on our web site --ed.)

Also, over half of our subscribers order some or all of the back issues as well, so if you have had your story or letter published, know that it is continuing to inspire and inform many people! (But not in the online version. --ed.) Unlike many other types of newsletters, our material will not become outdated as time goes by. The things we are sharing on these pages can be sustaining and illuminating for anyone on this amazing journey for years to come. For this reason, we want to say "Thank you, and bless you," to everyone who has helped bring Shared Transformation alive through your gift of yourself. It means more to very many people than you might imagine. We are also happy to report that some of our readers have developed beautiful personal friendships through the newsletter listings.
